Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AcuSophia] ("we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of the ww.acusophia.com website and the services provided therein (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Overview

AcuSophia provides information and services related to acupuncture, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, information about our services, and other relevant content.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

3. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us, and to comply with the UK law on data protection, including GDPR – the General Data Protection Regulation we are requiring your consent in order to store details and communicated with you.

4. Cancelled appointments

If you are unable to attend your appointment please contact us immediately. We will need to know that you wish to cancel 24 hours before your appointment is due. Failure to cancel or rearrange before the 24 hours, will result in the loss of the treatment and potentially a Did Not attend charge being levied. 

5. Treatment records 

You will always be asked about your health prior to treatment. I am legally required to keep client records for a minimum of seven years after your most recent appointment. 

6. Disclaimer of Guarantee 

Whilst many of our patents are extremely happy with the outcome, treatment result may vary for each individual. As such AcuSophia cannot guarantee specific results. We are very transparent about this in our consent form.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using the Service after changes have been made to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
