Fees
Follow-Up Sessions: £65 (please allow 60 mins)
Subsequent sessions, known as follow-ups, are priced at £65. These appointments are designed to continue your personalised treatment plan.
Initial Consultation and Treatment: £70 (please allow 70 mins)
Your first visit includes a comprehensive consultation to understand your health history, concerns, and goals. This initial session also incorporates a full acupuncture treatment and I may use some other modalities such as cupping or Gua sha if this is appropriate to your treatment.
Payment
Full payment is taken at the time of booking or at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly. Payment for cancelled appointments within 24 hours is non-refundable.
Insurance and Reimbursement
Please note that while we do not directly bill insurance providers, some insurance plans may cover acupuncture treatments. We are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to seek reimbursement from your insurance company if applicable.
